A recent study found that a home pedicular massage technique that involves using the palm of your hand to massage your entire body could help relieve stress and boost your immune system.

The study, which was led by the Department of Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins University, was published in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine.

Researchers looked at more than 6,000 women and found that those who performed a pedicular or hand massage with their hands reported significantly fewer stress-related symptoms than those who did not.

In the study, participants were evaluated at four times the normal time intervals and received four treatments.

The participants were then randomly assigned to a massage technique or not.

The results showed that the group that practiced a pedical massage reported significantly less stress symptoms.

The researchers also noted that the participants who practiced the technique reported significantly lower levels of pain during the massage and significantly lower blood pressure.
